- Provided training and tech support on a quarter million dollar Title IID ARRA grant with 5th – 8th grade teachers, administration, and students working to integrate technology into the curriculum. I provided training on Macbooks, iPads, iPods, interactive SMARTBoards, and clickers and instruction in Mac software. Managed and provided technology support for four mobile labs including presentation systems, printers, and wifi networks using Apple Remote Desktop.
- Researched and recommended $85,000 hardware and software purchases for the active grant and wrote new $250,000 grant application for the following year.
- Provided on call Mac and Windows tech support for businesses and residential clients including system configuration and backup, data recovery, upgrades, installs, workflow and system design consulting, and software training.
